By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you acknowledge that you have comprehended the features and content of HamsterFermer products and services, as well as the necessary personal data required for the operation of HamsterFermer products and various functional modules and value-added services, and have granted the corresponding collection and usage authorization. If you do not agree to all terms of this Agreement, please refrain from downloading, installing, or using HamsterFermer products and related services. Your actions, such as clicking to agree, downloading, installing, using, or logging in, will be considered as your acceptance of and commitment to this Agreement. This Privacy Policy forms an integral part of the HamsterFermer Service Agreement (whether electronic or otherwise) between you and us.
1. Scope
This policy is applicable to all products and services provided by HamsterFermer service providers through websites, software clients, and any new forms that may emerge with technological advancements. Apart from the data collection and use activities described in this policy, this policy does not apply to other services provided by HamsterFermer partners and other third parties. Such services are governed by separate data collection and usage policies that will be explained to you.
2. Data Collection and Use
When you use our products or services, we may need to collect and use your personal data, including the following two categories:
1. To provide you with our basic products and/or services, you must authorize us to collect and use the necessary data. If you refuse to provide this data, you may not be able to use our products and/or services as intended.
2. To offer additional features or services, you may choose to allow or deny us access to certain data. Refusal to provide this data may limit the functionality of additional features but will not affect your access to our basic services.
We would like to emphasize that our goal is to create a range of products and services that meet your needs. Since we offer a wide array of product features and services, and different users may choose to use specific products/services, the basic and additional features, along with the types and scope of personal data collected and used, may vary. Please refer to the specific product feature modules and service functions.
The specific functional scenarios we offer include, but are not limited to:
1. Free version, paid version, and custom versions of HamsterFermer product modules.
We offer services based on the packages or feature modules you create and order through HamsterFermer for your HamsterFermer account. To create a HamsterFermer account, you must provide us with at least your mobile phone number or email address. If you refuse to provide this data, you will be unable to register a HamsterFermer account.
When you use HamsterFermer products and services or visit the HamsterFermer browser platform, we automatically collect and record information from your browser and computer, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language preference, access date and time, software and hardware characteristics, web pages visited, service logs, and operation logs.
To ensure that we are providing services directly to you, we may verify your identity based on the information you provide. If legal circumstances require the verification of your identity (such as protecting minors, combating telecommunications fraud, withholding taxes, law enforcement, or judicial proceedings), you may authorize facial recognition verification through the channels we provide, and the verification data will be used for these purposes.
2. Account Authentication Service
If you use functions or services that require identity authentication, you may need to provide your name, ID number, and phone number to verify your identity. You may choose not to provide this information, but this may restrict your access to certain services, without affecting the use of other functions and services.
3. Additional Services
You have the option to enhance your account data and provide us with additional information, such as your nickname or mobile phone number, to access more tailored services. You may choose not to provide this data, but it may limit your access to related services, without affecting your use of other functions.
HamsterFermer may occasionally initiate operational activities for newly launched services and features. If you participate in these activities, we may collect information, including your identity and contact details, through the operational activity interface to contact you, verify your eligibility for rewards, and issue rewards. If you choose not to participate, you do not need to provide this data. If you do participate but refuse to provide the necessary information, you may be unable to receive rewards.
4. Payment Processing
To complete an order payment, you may need to provide an Alipay, WeChat, or other payment account. For instance, if you choose Alipay, we will share your HamsterFermer account, corresponding Alipay account name, order payment details, order security-related equipment data, and other necessary information required by anti-money laundering laws with Alipay through the Alipay SDK embedded in the application.
If you choose WeChat for payment, we will share your HamsterFermer account, corresponding WeChat account name, order payment details, order security-related equipment data, and other necessary information required by anti-money laundering laws with WeChat through the WeChat SDK embedded in the application.
If you opt for another financial institution for payment services, we will share the necessary data, such as your bank card number and expiration date, with the financial institution you choose.
To ensure we can promptly track and confirm your payment status and provide you with after-sales and dispute resolution services, you agree that we may collect payment progress information from your chosen payment provider, Alipay, or another financial institution.
5. Customer Service and Dispute Resolution
When you contact us or request pre-sales, after-sales, or dispute resolution services, we may require personal information to verify your identity and protect your account security.
To facilitate communication, assist in resolving issues quickly, or document solutions and outcomes, we may retain your communication records, including emails, calls, and other information related to your account, address, and other data you provide. If you have a specific order inquiry or complaint, we will use your account and order information.
We may also use other data you provide during customer service interactions or responses to surveys to improve our service quality.
3. Sharing Data with Third Parties
1. Sharing
We do not share your personal data with companies, organizations, or individuals outside HamsterFermer service providers, except in the following circumstances:
- To comply with legal obligations: We may share your personal data in accordance with laws and regulations, legal proceedings, or as required by government authorities.

- To perform a contract: When you purchase goods or services through HamsterFermer, we may share necessary transaction-related data with the relevant service provider to fulfill your transaction, delivery, and after-sales service needs.
- With affiliated companies: To jointly provide certain services or products, recommend relevant data, identify account anomalies, and protect the safety of HamsterFermer users, we may share your personal data with affiliated companies or their designated service providers. - Suppliers, service providers, and other partners who process transaction-related data such as payment and order fulfillment, logistics, after-sales, and customer service.
